Avatar: The Last Airbender - Book 2: Earth
In mid-March 2006, Nickelodeon aired the half hour season premiere of Avatar: The Last Airbender. The second season, which continued along the same story arc established in the first season, added new main characters, and new goals for the 'gaang' to achieve. Also, following in the footsteps of the first season, the second season was highly acclaimed - recieving a number of Annual Annie Award nominations, as well as an Emmy nomination.

Misc. Info
Nickelodeon released the Season Two DVDs on January 23, 2007. Each DVD, contained five episodes on one disc. Also released was The Complete Book One Collection Box Set, which contained all of the twenty episodes in the season, and bonus materials, all on five discs.
