Nice kung-fu right there.

One might think that with this premise movie will all about fireballs flying around with fighters staying the hell away from each others and only commanding elements from afar, but it seems that a few of the battles will be pretty intense and very close (think "Bato of the Water Tribe" close, the fight inside monastery).

The way it looks, it looks like something Jackie Chan or Jet Li would do.

NIIIIIIICE.

As to Aangs being frozen, the way movie!Pakku did reminded me more of this moment:



Probably because Pakku is raising icicles from below, while in the show Pakku entraps Katara by dropping icicles from above thus creating the walls.
