The Box Office Predictions and Earnings Thread

I see this film making AT LEAST $60 Million opening weekend -- and that's with more or less average reviews. If this movie ends up averaging many more positive reviews than negative (hitting 80% on Rottentomatoes.com), we may be in for quite a surprise. ($90 Million?)

. . . If positive reviews are ridiculously positive (something that is nearly impossible for any movie) -- 90% on RottenTomatoes -- We may be in for a massive opening weekend, ladies and gentleman.

I'm not really good at predicting box office, but I do believe it's going to turn out to be a really surprisingly good movie and with word of mouth will end up turning in a lot of money.

guys we can also count on alot of twilight girls seeing this for Jackson i have seen posts and tweets saying it lol

Project86 you said the magic word! "twilight" IM A HUGE TWI FAN so you can def count on them to bring in some number....

I go to 2 twilight fan site and forums and they do advertise TLA a lot over there because of Jackson

I voted! I was 1st so its unfair now lol but I made it mid range 41 to 60 mil

I added a poll. It was a bit weird at first since I wasn't sure how to properly make one, lol, but I fixed it. I believe it will make over $60 Million -- just how much, I'm not sure. I'm going with $61 - $80 Million. But I wouldn't be too surprised if it makes more than that. For the sake of this poll, I'm going with fair expectations.
