
It is literally JUST liquid earth. There's no fire. Only an Earthbender can bend it. The thing about the mud/slurry is that mud is a
Suspension: a heterogeneous fluid containing solid particles that are sufficiently large to raise the resistance to flow of the liquid.
The soil particles are suspended in the water, so for the Waterbender, you bend the water and pull the soil particles along with it (you could probably bend the water out of the mud too). For the Earthbending, it works the same as Metalbending. Its all about the framework of the particles.
And and AND if the Firedender's just bend "heat" can they bend hot, flowing plastic? No. Firebenders are just as powerless to liquid earth as they are to plastic. And even if it was on fire, the fire can't PULL the earth with it
