-Zuko and Iroh's Earth Kingdom names

This is an example of what a "filler" episode should be. Once again, Zuko and Iroh's story steals the show, but the gaang's little adventure with the nomad/hippies is hilarious (with a bit of history and shipping thrown in ). One of the many reasons that I love season 2 so much is because the humor can be very goofy without being completely stupid, which is what I think season 3 struggled with sometimes. And even episodes like this where noting really happens (plot wise), it's still enjoyable and meaningful and doesn't feel like a waste of an episode IMO.

I must say epic Kataangy episode. Still one of my favorites. Sadly they hardly ever play it on TV.

I'm surprised this episode thread only has one reply. This is one of my favorite episodes!! I mean I can understand if you're not a Kataang fan ..... but still! And after watching it I couldn't get that song out of my head

I like this episode too. You should watch it in spanish sometime. It's a different perspective...English is the best though.
I like the Katara Aang alone learning about love deal. Anybody who didn't see a relationship there is not paying attention.

I only liked how it gave you the back story of Oma+Shu.
And the original earthbenders, actually i liked alot about that episode.
Of course i did, seeing as how i ship KATAANG

the cave of two lovers is by far one of my favorite episodes.
i love the secert 'kiss' that aang and katara might have shared in the caves as their candle lights went out.
plus the nomads are funny and bright even with sokka's downer mood as the play music in lively way.
i believe though that the music played in the episode had an important role in carring the story along.


the story of iroh and zuko are just as fun as the gaang in the caves.
iroh and his tea making is comic gold and zuko gets to see the damage the war as brought to people other than himself and his uncle.
