Haha, I just watched this episode yesterday. The part that made me laugh most was Koizilla going crazy with the little ships. I felt bad for Aang, but overall I loved it. It brought one more comedy moment before the big epic dramatic ending.

Along with 'The Cave of Two Lovers' this is on of the episodes that cracks me up the most. Of all the humor in this episode, the part that gets me every time is when the kid who runs by the gang, stops and tells Zuko "Your Zuko costume is pretty good, but your scar is on the wrong side."
Classic.

Someone really needs to make this episode a real play.

Are you kidding? Have you ever been to a con. This play is basically exactly like all the cosplay sketches that occur at every corner of every con I've ever attended. It's truly painful.

One of the Greatest, because THE SCAR IS NOT ON THE WRONG SIDE!!! But also for many other reasons, it helps bring together bits and peices of their past that the characters may not have dealt with otherwise and may have been forgotten because of the major pressing issues. Toph and Zuko have a little heart to heart that gives him a lot of confidence, even if small children inedvertantly hurt his feelings. Aang faces up to Katara about his feelings, even if she's kinda mean and won't even make out cause there's a war going on, even though we're totally chilling out at a play parodying our lives and past experiences... what lame-ho, I mean lame-o... Kataang should never be put on hold.
Loved Sokka's amusement at his own jokes, and the pokes at how conceded he is, Suki helps him get back stage and in return gets to watch him flip out at his own cleverness for the rest of the show.
Also great that everyone is finally unanumous at the end that it was the worst show ever. Forshadowed by Zuko seemingly random complaint that the Ember Island Player have butchered Love of the Dragons every year. One of my favorites comments, who knew Zuko liked theatre.. then again he can afford that kind of thing. Where as, they only let me in as one of the cast.

This episode made my top 10. It's hilarious! I laughed so hard at peter-pan-girl Aang, overly busty, overly dramtic Katara, wrong-sided scar Zuko, bad-meat joke Sokka, along with all the dialogue...

"Did Jet just... die?"
"'It's the Great Divide...' 'Eh, lets just keep flying'"
Stage Zuko and Katara flirting
Stage Zuko dying
Aang epically failing when it comes to taking a hint (when he kissed Katara outside, I half expected him to say "It was worth it. )

Just the entire episode

I like Toph's character the best. Very funny. I laugh everytime. The greatest part is the allusion to the soon to be released movie. The play is kinda like the film. The effects were decent.

I like the thing where Katara tells Zuko.his character is pretty close to him, and he's all, "How could you say that!?" Then fake Iroh is like, "I'm having dumplings for dinner!" And fake Zuko says, "How could you say that!?" Then, Katara gives Zuko the "I told ya so" look. Man, I suck at explaining things.
I friggin' love Zuko. He's the coolest on the show! Also, I'm a Christian. A very strong Christian.
