I'm currently trying to play through my Diamond. I'm having issues with the Elite Four because I beat the last Gym Leader quickly using loads of revives 'n' sh** so they stayed at lvl 40s and such.
So I'm training them.

I'm also having a dilemma.
I got an Abra. A cute little tyke at the young lvl of 4 (or something like that, I'm not so sure...a low level), raised it to be a Kadabra, and then eventually got it to be Alakazam. Now this Alakazam was kick ass. But at lvl 38 could not withstand the Elite Four so said trainer replaced it with Azelf. Azelf's moves aren't ass kick ass but hey, he's stronger.
I'm having attachment issues (lol) and I'm missing my Alakazam. Does anyone know where the Day Care is in Diamond? I need to raise this f-er so that it can be back in my party.

Bleh... that's the hardest part imo. On my Firered version I just recently found I'm at the same point, 'cept mine are all lv. 65-72 and I STILL can't beat them. >_>

Last week I restarted my friend's Sapphire without her knowing. She found out and I bought the game from her, so now I'm on Dewford Island going through the cave with the cursed beings that pass as Zubats.

Why not just train him? I'm confused. Quickest way to raise any pokemon. Have it first in your party, go against the elite four, switch it out right away for another pokemon and when they beat it, he gets exp. Switch him back when they call their next pokemon and repeat. Doesn't matter if you can't beat them yet, you still keep the exp if you die. Infact if you are able to beat the elite four I suggest forfeiting and using silly moves to die on purpose so that you don't have to waste time with the credits.

I feel like I'm not quite understanding so this may be irrelevnt.

But the thing is I want to beat the Elite Four.
Doing that would take longer. But I guess it's for the best.
Oh how I love my Alakazam.

Oh man..Pokemon..is my lurve.
Never played any of the games, but I was an avid watcher of the show until it got bad. I even own, like the first movie, I think. So good.

Oh man I about choked at that pic. I so badly used to do that.

With Cancer being oddly attached to Alakazam I was thinking about how I would also pick the crudiest Pokemon and get attached to them, usually ones I caught at the start of the game and used for a little bit.

Raticate made it to level 100 a couple of times. I always felt bad that he sucked and wanted to have him high up just so he could feel good about himself.. and yes, Pokemon have feelings too.

I have an odd love for Alakazam too... My type has always been a combination of psychic and water. That's just what I work best with. Alakazam, Gardevior(sp? I nickname 'em so idr their pokenames), Grumpig... I love em all. ;D
