Everyone has energy, which is why when certain people walk into a room, you just know. Some people's internal energy are just more burst-ful (if that's even a word) than others are.
Spirit's have energies too. Half the time when you're sitting by your computer and you just instinctively turn around to see if something is there, even though you know there clearly isn't, could mean that there is an energy there you can not neccesarily see.
Oooorrr you could go by Trailerman's speculation and say that someone watching you is a rare effect of evolution.
What you speak of Cancer, when you say people have energy, has a name. It is called chi. Different people have different chi. A person's chi is just like their face. No two chi's are alike. It is a theory that when you pass on, and become locked to this world that your chi level rises quiet a bit. Hence the feeling that someone is watching you.
Some spirits can't utilize this chi, some can. The ones that can, those are the ones that try to attempt to make contact. Such as noises, moving objects, tugging hair, and touching. These are non-violent things. Violent spirits will use there chi in bad ways, such as pushing, slapping, and choking. Well, this is what I believe anyway.
My family is very attuned to the spirit world. I see things all the time. For example: There is a spirit of a woman, dressed in a dress of the "Old West" Time period that appears to my in my house every now and then. I have seen her multiple times. Also, in my grandmothers bedroom I get this heavy sense of dread. I feel as though if I let the door shut behind me, bad things will happen.
Well this is my take on the paranormal.
For the sake of not angering people: These are my beliefs. If you do not believe in this, I understand and respect your opinion.
