Actually the name is pronouced mee-lo like my name is deshawn here is how you say it Da-shawn so how you spell and how you say it are different heres another website.

It's also from German origins. Which means that if it's Meelo in A:LoK (NOT Milo), and if it's from Asian origins (NOT European), then that name probably has no connection to Meelo other than 'sounding similar.'
