Man, this episode was super intense. I still can't believe Lin had her bending taken away. I'm hoping that her sacrifice won't be in vain. My jaw dropped when I heard Dante Basco as the voice of General Iroh. It would be cool if he is a Firebending Master like his namesake. I can't wait for next week's season finale and for the second season!

LINNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN

This episode made me break a little inside.
Bolin "Hey a car-oh okay never mind" wegkasjdgha ;ifs lsdkf

Mako is such a freaking boob. He was sort of redeeming himself some, but this episode proves that he's the worst of everyone.

No! That would be horrible. This needs to be a serious threat. No need to have people 'regaining all their bending' and living happily every after as if nothing happened by the end of the two seasons. And man, that would be real cheesy, to have everyone get their bending back. Lin's sacrifice needs to always be seen as a serious sacrifice, and a forever testimony to her heroic awesomeness.

These.

I'm really not satisfied with they way the show has been treating Bolin as of late. They should replace all the Mako scenes with Bolin scenes.

I'm still not sold on Amon's whole game. I think there is something else going on spirit wise. I was remembering the old episodes and I think that Amon very well might be Koh, the facestealer in an earthly form.

Reasoning:

1. Koh told Aang that they would meet again.
2. Spirits would undoubtedly be immune to bloodbending.
3. He hides his face because he has none.
4. As a spirit he would have access to knowledge that no mortal would have.

Keep in mind, tis just a theory my friends. I just get a kinda Koh-esc feeling from him now that I've thought on it a bit.

Wow!
That episode was the best!

I loved meelo's little fart bend! I was so sad when Lin got her bending taken away! She sacrificed a lot to help save Tenzin's family!

I am waiting to see if they will tell us about Zuko's mom and Dante is BACK!!!!!!!

I thought I saw Korra get cornered by Amon in the finale preview! She CAN NOT lose her bending!

Saturday better get here fast! I can barely wait!

I can't wait until we find out who Amon is!

Hope everyone else is as pumped as I am!

This episode was freaking awesome. Everyone had nice fight scenes like a Tenzins tornado or Asami fight, she is really very powerful even without bending. I start to trust that girl, she will not betray anyone. And of course, Meelos fart bending rocks :D

What about Lin, she is true hero yea, it really got me that her bending was taken, but since it is one of main charcters, I think there is a way to reverse it. I am just really need to know what this "taking bending away" means exactly. Kind of spiritual magical thing or some block part of brain? Well, I still got that feel evertyhing gonna be fine at the end of Korra since it is still cartoon for kids, but poor Asami. I dont even want Mako to be with one of those 2 girls. He sux.

How can Naga carry them all now and run even jump and shoot down that Amons second-hand? Last time she just said "NO, you are too heavy".
Amons second-hand again failed of course

So what do you think about the finale? Is united force going to save the city? Amon has to count with help from outside so he might be prepared for it. And what part will AIR play in it yet, since book is called Air and Korra must finish it yet before season 2? And what about Korra capturing? Is she gonna lose bending and find another way in season 2? Or she gonna kick Amons butt so hard in Avatar state? What then, she will escape to fight another day or save city? To be honest, Korra didnt succeed in anything big yet and she would deserve it, but it shouldnt be so easy.

damn, im torn with this episode. i cannot believe lin had her bending taken away, what a sacrifice! she was becoming my favorite character, still is, but damn!! im still alll nooo

still highly amused with meelos fart bending, the kids kicked ass, im proud! haha and glad we saw tenzin whoop ass for a little while too, his air bending is solid.

and general iroh, dante basco, whaaaattt!!! so stoked! sounds a little different from zuko but still so much like him.

and mako is a turd, to me i still think asami is gunna do something stupid, like betray the team.
im with everyone that there needs to be more bolin, forget this mako love triangle bs!

and i dont think amon is koh, he didnt completely stop being blood bended, he was stopped by tarlok for moment by being blood bended then fought it off. so im thinking he is part mech or something, like iroh said before.

lin :'c
seriously hope they find a way to return the bending, cheesy or not. theres been arguments on bending being genetic or spiritual or both, but if its spiritual or more spiritual then itd be likely the spirits could intervene and help return bending, through korra or elsewhere

I'd much rather see Lin continuing her heroic awesomeness without bending, rather than to destroy the seriousness of the show by making everyone get their powers back. Besides, Lin isn't the type to just lay in a dark corner crying over herself. She lost her bending. Yeah, that's bad, but this is Lin we're talking about. She won't go out 'till she's dead.
