I don't expect the Avatar state to pop up real soon.. because while people consider A:TLA to be a lot more tame and stuff, Aang was actually thrown into real danger from the very beginning.

Being captured by Zuko, and had emotional stimulation like seeing Monk Gyatso's bones, causing him to lose control.

If Korra has any reason to go into the Avatar state I dont think it'll be because she's in danger, but instead because of her competitive nature. Wanting to beat someone so badly that she flips lol. Tears someone apart, and calms down, realizes what she has done. "Oh.. n-no what have i.... no...."

Korra: But I didnt mean tooo T_T *runs off in tears*

And then the equalist kick it into high gear, using this event to condemn bending!

Ok, so this is probably already VERY obvious for all of you, but I'll say it anyway this probably was already stated somewhere in this forum .__. ........

But doesn't it seem like the creators are pairing Mako and Korra together to appease the Zutara peeps of the first series? xD

I think lol!! I bought the Book3 DVD, almost eveyr episode on there has commentary. And every damn commentary mentions Zutara....lmao. So you're onto something. I'm not annoyed by how obvious it is....but we'veon seen an ep with them together

Don't let's start this with Korra now. Anime doesn't mean 'really good cartoon'. It means a cartoon made in Japan. It's a Japanese word for animation. If you're Japanese you can use it to describe a cartoon if you really want to, but if you're not then please don't start slapping it on any really good American cartoon as if somehow a Japanese name honors it above just calling it a 'really really awesome cartoon' or show or whatever other word actually fits.

I don't know what you are talking about. The Legend of Korra is like my new favorite Manga!

I say Mako looks better with Asami Sato. Because shes way prettier and he's almost as handsome as Zuko.
