I'd say being in the teenage years with hormones flying left and right doesn't help. I mean literally you can watch someone become the hulk in two seconds flat while a second ago they were the happiest person in the world. I've noticed with myself and others at times that sometimes it's just an insane burst of energy that is almost catastrophic to contain. Like you can laugh and laugh and laugh and then someone says something that really wouldn't bother you normally but not today. You end up flipping out and making a scene when it really shouldn't have escalated like that.

Yeah, I know what you mean. There are days when I'm so tired and so on edge that literally I will laugh so hard that I cry, but it's not really laughing, just sort of a reaction to being pushed to the edge.

But like you said, teenagers change with the snap of the fingers. Which is way no matter how angry you get with friends and other people eventually you will get over that, maybe just as quickly as you got angry.

I had an interesting thought earlier when thinking about Anger. Why is it that it can be the most powerful emotion that ellicits a physical response either verbal or with bodily contact?

I can't say I know the answer to that, but I just realized that I hadn't contributed something that I've been meaning to...
I think releasing anger is very important. It's physically and emotionally good for you, as long as it's physically and emotionally good for others. For instance, did you know swearing (i.e. releasing anger, however trivial it may be) when you stub your toe or hit or thumb with a hammer or yadda, actually helps to relieve the pain? A True Story.

Stephen's mom canceled his wow account because he sucked too much. He wasn't angry with her, he was angry because he knew he would never be any good. Poor fool.

Whenever i'm angry I pretend I'm Patrick Stewart.
