I'm pretty sure the manga artist was just making some random art, and trailerman came across it.

Also wishing Guru Pathik's dialog and the general logistics of chase scenes were less tricky to write.

They wouldn't put guru just for nothing. He WILL be in the second movie...chakras...chakras ! Everbody loves chakras !

Wow, that sample is really good. Hard to believe that's the artist's first attempt at drawing them.
