Ryan Reynolds is more of a Kyle Garner than Hal Jordan, imo. Hal is the best GL...Nathan Fillion would have have been awesome as Hal.
On the DC front: Joss Whedon was attached to a Wonder Woman script years ago, but once he left, I'm not sure if anyone else picked it up. Superman Returns was a flop and it'll take forever for them to reboot that (it took like 20 years to get SR to theaters). Chris Nolan is convinced the "movie three" curse will hit Batman if he doesn't wait for just the right script, so that's not happening for a while. Josh Brolin is starring in the upcoming Jonah Hex, with John Malkovich and Megan Fox, and that's coming out this summer. Also, in the non-superhero spy genre, we have Red and The Losers coming out this year. Also, Guy Ritchie is attached to direct a PG-13 Lobo film with no release date yet set. That's about it.
