I would want the series to take place in the future the most! just so we get all the information that we are dyeing to know, like what will happen with the cycle! Can't wait to get more information!

Personally I am very much looking forward to anything avatar related from bryke, mostly because I wasn't able to participate in all of the random fun during the shows original run. Sadly, I watched the show a few weeks after it had ended.

Considering we are seeing job listings for animators and story editors and things like that, I think that a September premiere is very unlikely. Animation isn't produced that quickly.

To the questions about what will happen to the Avatar cycle when it gets back to air, according to Avatar wikia it is speculated that since Aang learned to take bending AWAY using energy bending he might be able to also CREATE benders. It also had another theory, but I can't find or remember it. lol

Anyway, I personally hope that it is sometime after with a whole new cast and Avatar. I'd prefer if it was about how the new Avatar discovers that some huge conflict is coming and he has to stop it BEFORE it happens. It would give a cool feeling to the series in my opinion with an unknown threat foreshadowing.
