-another example that not all Fire Nation people are evil
-Fire Nation soldiers attacking their own citizens
-Dock/Xu/Bushi

negatives:
-a very pointless episode that just wasted time
-we already knew that Katara is obsessed with helping people
-there was no B plot to break it up

rating: 5.5

This was a complete waste of an episode. They could have used this time to do so many more interesting things...

Yes, they're aren't enough things about the spirits in TLA. Such an important part of the show, but rarely and episode about them...

The first time I watched this episode, I almost fell asleep. Seriously.

The second time I watched it, I liked it a little bit better...
I just don't really see the point of this episode. Like Mooseboy said, we already know Katara likes helping people. That was shown a lot throughout the series. I don't see why the creators decided to do a full episode devoted to showing Katara helping people.

I'll give it a 5/10.

For me, this episode is watchable. I don't know why, but I love the Fire Nation jet skis. Even though they are pretty cheesy and there is no way you could have something that small run on a steam engine and go that fast.
