Well, the kid who was supposed to audition for him sounds really cute, so maybe They're looking to make an adorable kid, even though the sketch makes him look obnoxious.

meelo might be fun we won't be able to tell after all plenty of characters start out on way but get changes made later on.And he might be like sokka which i wouldn't mind if your doing racism and hate and just so much darkness in this mini series then ya know what i want a sokka wanna be.

It's prejudice or discrimination, not racism. No one is hating Korra because she's Inuit.

No meelo i belive would be an earth kingdom name and it doesn't seem like a watertribe name his name means something like street rat or close to that so my guess is that he will be like someone who lives in the slums of the republic and joins her in her adventure.And i always thought benders could be considered a race? kinda like with the xmen and how it's considered racism on them.
