If you have to start a post with "I don't mean to sound racist", it's a pretty clear sign.

I dont mean to sound racist, but i think that if they chose a white Toph it would be the best. When you look at Tophs skin and compare it to the other Earth Kindom citizens, you can tell its pale/fair white. Not vampire white but you guys know what i mean (i hope). Plus if anyone has ANY information about the Toph Auditions please post it! I really want to audition but i cant find any info!! But back to my point its ok if they chose a white Toph because of two reasons:
1. She would look like Toph
2. They would pick her off of how welll she can be Toph

I mean THINK ABOUT IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Would you really wannt a black Toph? Thats like saying you want superman to be a girl. Toph is white skinned not Black. Do you really want the OPPOSITE of Toph playing her? Or are some racebenders that just are mad with the first casting? Think about before you say what you want in a movie, because if you get it i bet 50% of you will still be complaining!

There is such thing as a pale skinned East Asian. They could get a light skinned east asian girl like Caseydylla or some who's white & asian. no one is saying Toph should be black. She has a Chinese last name and jet black hair. Why would she be white or black? if toph was being played by a black girl I'd only be worried about people like you! God damn!

I wasnt angry, i was annoyed. it was an ignorant thing to say. no wonder the anticasters are so pissed.

I think that people would feel offended by a black Toph because it reinforced the "all black girls are sassy" stereotype, which, trust me, is not true. And as others have said—there are pale-skinned Asians.

Im sorry if i offended people i just felt like posting MY opinion and for the record i do not support racebending but i do agree that the katara soka and zucko casting where messed up.

After watching Kick-Ass again, it would be so cool to see Chloe play toph, but i know it wouldn't happen because it wouldn't follow the casting of the Earth Kingdom. If only

Calm Calm, it was only a second of basking in the thought, I wouldn't really want her to play toph anyway, just someone with the same skills, thats all.
