Wow, pretty cool. Doesn't really look that much different from the show. But what I'm freaking out over is that picture of Noah Ringer!!! That is so awesome! He really does look just like Aang! Ahh! I'm so excited for the trailer!!!

First of all, I LOVE the blue spirit mask, makes it look a lot more menacing...

Secondly, my only complaint about Appa is his face, it looks a little too human if you know what I mean. The eyes and mouth are a little small (although if a creature like Appa really existed, I'm sure that's how it would look too)

Thirdly, I'm also digging Sokka's boomerang, they way it looks like it was made form bone makes sense, seeing as how all of his other weapons were made from animals...

Other than that, everything else looks good so far, can't wait for the next trailer!

Looks like that suspicious boomerang-looking thing the Fire Nation guy in the trailer had WAS Sokka's beloved boomerang. And I may be right in suspecting it's a sharpened bone.

And that UGO guy should be slapped for spoiling the Blue Spirit's identity.

What exactly is going on here? I guess this can be proof that firebenders don't make their own fire. It's a shame, but as long as it is done in a way that wouldn't make the firebender appear weak then it will be okay.

OK, the toys look like Toys. Yes, they give us some insight into the design of the characters and thats well and good and all.

I wouldn't worry about the pronounciation of Aang in the movie, either. If you remember, Rathbone contorted Sokka pretty badly himself, and no one has since said it wrong. I like what I see so far- mostly because they have stayed true to the story pretty much.

And I don't really care much for the look of the Boomerang, but then again, the original was pretty out of place for that part of the world. I can live with it.

As to the Fire Bending thing- If fire is plentiful, no harm no foul. If, say, really powerful Fire Benders can make their own fire, again, no harm no foul. If you look at it, this is a pretty creative way to differentiate between run of the mill fire benders and the BEST fire benders.

I am guessing at this point, Zuko is only REALLY GOOD, but not a true master, hence will probably need a source. To see his character evolve, we may see him produce his own later on.

AAPA!!! AUNG!!?!? ugh... UGO WHY... just why!?!? Anyway The toys are SWEESOME!! So firebenders can't make fire... oh well. I mean seriously whats the big deal on that? It dosn't make much of a differnce!! The firebenders are still evil (For the most part) and also this is BASED on the show. Might I also mention I think this will make things more interesting. I mean do you want it EXACTLY like the show!?!? Some story differences will make this movie(and PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE TRILOGY!!!) more interesting and more of it's own thing. Mnight knows what hhe is doing.

Also, did they remove Suki's makeup from the movie because in one of the backgrounds she has her Kyoshi uniform on but no makeup. Just curious.

I think the Firebenders can still make their own fire, it's just that for the toy Zuko, they have to have a way for him to make fire so they added the so called 'backpack" to the figure to store the fire pieces. Why else do you think the pack is connected to him?

I think she is wearing make up. At lease there is something around her eyes, whether she has full face paint on, like in the show, I don't know but if you look really careful you can see the red around her eyes.

Noah was a really good choice for Aang. I mean seeing him on the package and in the trailer I think he's a perfect fit

What's the big deal. It makes sense. Also, changes should be expected. We don't even know how it will be handled. The creators were there consulting on the script. Seriously don't overeact. Wait to see how it's handled. (Does Napoleon Dynamite/ TDI Harold impression) Gosh! Idiots.
